New Breath of LG G2 - Lineage OS

If you are an LG customer and you have an LG mobile phone, I am sure that you know LG's policies about supporting or providing its product...   LG does not provide any new Android versions for its products. If you are lucky, your phone takes an official update just one time or two times... If you are really lucky, a developer has the same model of your phone. I mean, the  developers of xda-developers.com  or may be another forum over the world. There are only two things left. A little courage and research habit. Courage of exceeding the LG's boot security and taking the root privileges of your device.  Research of how to root your device and how to install a custom recovery and then how to install a custom ROM.  You can find all the information at "installation instructions" section of this link:  https://download.lineageos.org/d802 Now you can use your LG G2 with Android 9 Pie version. New and fresh breath for a device... ...

Portrait Mode on LG G2 (Bokeh Effect) (Camera Blur)

As you all know, LG G2 was released on 2013.  I have been using this phone ever since. It has just one camera on background and its capability is limited. But you shouldn't think neither it is a useless phone nor its camera insufficient. It can handle today's needs. You just need some touches... First of all, you need 2.7.008 version of Google Camera application. You can download from apkmirror or some another site which you trust. Then install it. Now you have a phone with portrait camera mode. While using it, you need to keep your subject centred and then slowly raise your phone. And after that, you will see your phone rendering the image. After a few seconds later, you have a background blurred photograph. Take a glance belowed photos. Do you still think you need a new phone? :)
